K Kadmon Technologies

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Kadmon Technologies collects, why we collect it, who else processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who we are

Kadmon Technologies LTD is a company registered in Israel. We build and operate AI assistants that answer messages for small businesses, and we run the website at kadmontech.co.il. For anything in this policy, we are the party responsible for the data (the "controller").

2. What this policy covers

Two different things, with different data practices:

When we build an assistant for a client, that client is responsible for their customers' data and we act on their instructions as a processor. This policy describes our own practices; a client's own privacy policy governs their customers.

3. The website

The site has no accounts, no logins, and no advertising or analytics trackers. We do not use tracking cookies. Concretely:

4. The WhatsApp assistant

If you message a number operated by our assistant, the conversation is processed automatically in order to answer you. This is the part of the service that handles real personal data, so it is worth being specific.

What we store

Why we store it

To answer you, to remember the conversation if you write again, to schedule a call when you ask for one, and to follow up on a request you made. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build profiles for anyone else.

On what basis

You start the conversation. Messaging a business on WhatsApp to ask about its service is a clear request to be answered, and that is the basis on which we process what you send. You can end it at any time by telling the assistant to stop, or by asking us to delete your data.

5. Who else processes your data

We do not run every part of this ourselves. These are the companies involved, and what each one sees:

Company What it does What it sees
Meta / WhatsApp Delivers the messages Your number and message content, under WhatsApp's own terms
Anthropic Generates the assistant's replies The conversation text. Anthropic does not use business API data to train its models
Groq Transcribes voice notes The audio of a voice note you send, and the text produced from it. Only one transcription provider is active at a time — this is the one we use by default
OpenAI Transcribes voice notes, when configured in place of Groq The same audio, and only when it is the provider in use instead of Groq
Cal.com Books calls when you ask for one Your name and the details needed for the booking
Oracle Cloud Hosts the assistant and its database Stored data at rest, on servers located in Israel
Vercel Hosts this website Standard server logs for site visits

Some of these companies are outside Israel, so your data may be processed abroad under their own safeguards. The assistant's own database is hosted in Israel.

6. How long we keep it

We keep conversation data for as long as we operate the service, unless you ask us to delete it. We do not delete it on an automatic schedule, and we would rather tell you that than publish a timetable we do not actually run. What we do have is deletion on request: write to us at the address in the next section and a person on our team removes it. Records we are required by law to keep, such as invoices for work we did for you, are kept for the period the law requires.

7. What we never do

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

Write to contact@kadmontech.co.il. We will answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it. Email is the channel a person on our team reads directly — the assistant itself cannot yet act on a privacy request.

If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות). If you are in the EU or the UK, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

Traffic to the site and to the assistant is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is limited to the people who operate the service. We are a small team and we do not pretend to have a certified security program — what we have is a small attack surface, few people with access, and no third-party advertising code anywhere in the stack.

10. Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have a way to reach you, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you re-reading this page.
